Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) in Long Beach, CA. You will supervise mobile clinicians delivering in-home and event-based care, ensure high clinical standards, and train nurses to perform at the top of their license.

The role supports vaccines and primary care programs and requires 3–5 years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities. This full-time position offers benefits (medical, dental, vision with company contribution, PTO, 401k).

Qualifications

• Unrestricted CA RN license required.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years driving history.
• 3–5 years nursing with supervisory experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with focus on safety.
• Experience in ED/UC/ICU or related areas preferred.
• Clinical experience from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to mobile health staff.
• Lead daily huddles and team communications.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate clinical personnel.
• Maintain adherence to clinical standards and policies.
• Support vaccine programs and clinical workflows.
• Travel to satellite bases as needed.
