Schedule:

Nights, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
  • Support administrative responsibilities for the department and collaborate with the unit Director and/or Manager.
  • Develop and implement departmental plans, including performance improvement and compliance activities.
  • Oversee staff orientation and training; communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration.
  • Ensure quality of staff and functions during shifts; assist in daily operations, supervise personnel, and ensure efficient department functioning.
  • Perform direct patient care as needed within scope of practice; assess care and make immediate adjustments.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained.
  • Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • RN-C certification within 2 years of hire preferred.
  • PALS certification within 30 days of hire for units admitting pediatric patients.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary estimated between $36.75 to $49.46 per hour, including wages, benefits, and other compensation. Exact offer depends on experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Benefits include paid time off, 401K, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary options.
