Aveanna Healthcare in Pennsylvania seeks a Clinical Supervisor – RN to lead an in-home care team, ensure safe, high-quality, compassionate care, and support clinical excellence across assignments. The role emphasizes staff supervision, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and ongoing training, with a focus on compassionate patient outcomes and strong teamwork in a home health setting.

Work location includes Bartonsville in-home visits and potential hybrid options based on branch needs.

Competenze

• RN license in applicable state.
• Nursing degree (ADN/ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Clinical experience per state/federal guidelines.

Mansioni

• Develop and oversee care plans from admission to discharge.
• Conduct in-home supervisory visits and provide direct care as needed.
• Ensure timely documentation and communicate care updates.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff.
• Participate in hiring and performance management.
