Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Overnight Shift

Location: Deptford Center, Deptford, NJ

Deptford Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an RN Supervisor in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The overnight shift runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Duties:

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and their families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
• Maintain resident confidence by handling confidential information appropriately.
• Document resident care services accurately.
• Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing programs.
