Job summary

Agape Care Group seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead hospice care coordination, supervise the care team, and ensure safe, cost-effective service delivery. You will educate staff on clinical practices, regulatory changes, and reimbursement updates, while orienting new hires and maintaining top-quality patient care.

Qualifications

2-3 years of supervisory RN experience in a clinical setting.
BSN preferred and active RN license required.
Reliable transportation and ability to move heavy loads as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee the care team and provide education on clinical practice and regulations.
Orient new employees and maintain high-quality patient care.
