Neogen Care, a home health care provider in the California Bay Area, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor (Office) in Pleasanton, CA. This full-time management role supports the Director of Patient Care Services with clinical leadership and program development.

The position requires CA RN licensure, an Associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), and supervisory experience. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current California licensure.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in health care in the last five years.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient-care oversight skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead direct and indirect patient care by clinical personnel within the assigned area.
• Provide guidance to clinicians and therapists to continually improve home health care services.
• Lead and manage clinical teams and assess plans of care.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure quality assurance across home health services.
• Ensure compliance with CHAP, state, and federal requirements and documentation standards.
