Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Topeka as an RN Clinical Supervisor in Home Health. This role blends clinical oversight with administrative leadership, overseeing care from admission to discharge and guiding a team of caregivers.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay, a base salary of $75,000–$80,000 plus a $5,000 annual bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, along with comprehensive benefits and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• Active RN license (in applicable state)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
• Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
• Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
• Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
• Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
