Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN to join as Clinical Supervisor in Dallas, overseeing clinical care from admission to discharge and managing care delivery with field visits. The role blends clinical leadership with administrative duties in a home health setting.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary with a $5,000 annual bonus potential, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualificações

• Active RN license (in applicable state).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge.
• Manage care delivery and supervise personnel.
• Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations.
• Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives.
• Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits.
