Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Overnight Shift
Deptford Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to be an RN Supervisor in our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Deptford, NJ.
Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

DUTIES: As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, responsibilities include scheduling and assigning nursing staff to complete resident care requirements. The RN supervisor establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families, answers questions and requests, maintains a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations, monitors confidential information processing to maintain resident confidence, documents resident care services, and fosters a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
REQUIREMENTS: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required. Should be a strong and positive Team Leader for all staff members. Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs is preferred. Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills are essential.
