RN - Clinical Supervisor Full Time (3-11 PM)

Brooklyn Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work evenings (3:00pm to 11:00pm) in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
3. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
5. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
6. Manage documentation of resident care services
7. Promote a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong and positive leadership as a Team Director
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
