Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor-RN-Weekend for Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on safe, high-quality patient care, staffing, and collaboration with physicians and staff. The weekend night shift requires 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience and MO licensure or compact licensure.

Responsibilities include ensuring units are staffed, guiding change with leadership, and participating in patient flow and bed management in partnership with the Staffing Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of: ADN, Diploma, BSN.
• RN license in MO or compact as per board regulations.
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor staff with servant leadership and accountability.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative personnel to improve processes across the continuum.

Clinical Supervisor is involved in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager as directed.

Position Details:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor-RN-Weekend

Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule:Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Shift:Night Shift

Qualifications

Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Nursing Diploma
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience

Certifications:

• Required:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:BSN preferred
• Licensure:Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred
• Experience:Prior management experience - experience within change management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
