Position Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. They are a designated leader responsible for implementing, supervising, and evaluating safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and needs of the patient population. A focus on 100% positive behavior is promoted at all times.
