Position Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the safe and continuous operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. They are a designated leader responsible for implementing, supervising, and evaluating safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and needs of the patient population.
