Job summary

Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nursing Supervisor to lead our Cardiology teams across ambulatory practices. You will mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and partner with physicians to drive outcomes while maintaining patient‑centered care.

This leadership role blends clinical duties with program development, mentoring, and quality improvement to advance ambulatory cardiology services across Springfield, Northampton, and Greenfield locations.

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts RN license.
  • AHA BLS Required.
  • 4–5 years of clinical nursing experience required.
  • Supervisory, Charge Nurse, or Team Lead experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Ambulatory care leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrated success building engaged, high‑performing clinical teams.

Practice Locations

This role supports our Cardiology practices located in:

  • Springfield, MA – 3300 Main Street
  • Northampton, MA – 325B King Street
  • Greenfield, MA – 164 High Street
Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts RN license

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full‑time commitment for exempt employees.

$98,051.00 – $112,715.00 – $133,348.00
