Job summary

MLK Community Hospital in California is seeking an RN Clinical Staff to provide post-anesthesia care in the PACU. You will assess and monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, manage pain and sedation, and respond quickly to changes in status.

Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams, you will ensure safe handoffs, document care in the EHR, and educate patients and families with compassion and cultural sensitivity in a mission-driven safety-net hospital.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in post-anesthesia care or PACU preferred.
• Ability to interpret vital signs and respond to changes quickly.
