Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking an experienced clinical sales professional to support health systems with tailored Mindray cardiovascular and monitoring solutions. RN with a current license is required; BSN preferred, with 2–3 years clinical sales and 4+ years nursing in acute cardiac care.

Expect up to 80% travel across the US and collaboration with the EST/Sales team to develop hospital roadmaps and deliver value-based demonstrations.

Qualifications

• RN with current license; BSN preferred.
• 2-3 years clinical sales experience
• 4+ years active nursing experience in acute care with cardiac monitoring
• Knowledge of advanced cardiac care, hemodynamic monitoring, and hospital buying processes

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical application strategies with the EST/Sales Team by engaging customers and assessing workflows.
• Support customer calls, demos, and presentations with equipment setup and value-based content.
• Collaborate to identify hospital-wide solutions and assist with quoting and roadmaps.
• Maintain communication with Sales and customers throughout the pre-sales process.
• Lead follow-up visits to strengthen partnerships across modalities and promote Mindray solutions to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Product teams to align customers with clinical resources.
• Deliver clinical sales education and mentor new hires.
• Provide operational analytics for leadership and quarterly reviews.
• Participate in trade shows and regional meetings to maintain relationships.
