Job summary

Pine Acres is hiring a Nursing Services Director (RN/LPN) to lead the Nursing Services Department in our Assisted Living community. This role focuses on planning, organizing, developing, and directing operations to ensure residents receive high-quality, safe, and person-centered care.

The position requires an active Iowa RN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience in assisted living or related settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in assisted living or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular assessments, documentation, and communication with physicians and family members.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor medication administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 clinical support as needed.
