You will oversee budgeting, staffing, compliance with regulatory standards and collaboration with physicians and leadership to drive performance improvements. Requires a BSN, 5 years clinical experience and 2 years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years clinical nursing experience.
• 2 years in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, implement and evaluate operations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee staffing, productivity, and budget adherence.
