Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I – RN to support Port Arthur and Beaumont, TX, on a temp/PRN basis. The role covers coordination of protocol procedures, patient visits, data entry into CTMS, and adherence to GCP.

Active RN license and 1–2 years of clinical research experience strongly preferred. GI specialization and strong communication, organization, and teamwork are valued; in-office 2–3 days/week with remainder remote; FT preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Solid nursing background with GI/hepatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and clinical trial activities across Port Arthur and Beaumont sites.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol.
• Enter study data into CTMS and maintain source documentation.
• Assist with consent forms, case report forms, and investigational products handling.
• Lead patient recruitment activities and obtain informed consent.
• Maintain equipment and supplies on site.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and study SOPs.
