Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (RN) to manage study coordination, data integrity, and subject recruitment. The role emphasizes protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and patient education in a clinical trial setting.

The candidate will work with physicians and staff to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and effective communication with sponsors and vendors. Strong organizational skills and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in ICU/ER/oncology or clinical trials preferred.
• Ability to educate and direct protocol compliance with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities and data.
• Maintain protocol compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Ensure regulatory training and HIPAA compliance.
• Educate patients and parents, obtain informed consent, and monitor adherence to protocol.
• Collaborate with scheduling to coordinate follow-up appointments and testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation including source data and CRFs.
