Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I – Registered Nurse to join our Richmond site. You will support and coordinate daily trials across our network, manage patient interactions, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain data integrity.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, CTMS entry, patient recruitment, phlebotomy, ECGs, and collaboration with PIs, sponsors, and CROs. A valid RN license and 1–2 years of clinical research experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• GI-related nursing knowledge recommended.
• Proficient with CTMS platforms and standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored clinical trials and protocol management.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol requirements.
• Enter study information into CTMS regularly.
• Maintain study documentation including consent forms and case report forms.
• Lead patient recruitment activities and verify informed consent documentation.
• Dispense study medication and perform ECGs per protocol.
• Perform blood draws and process specimens per protocol and IATA regulations.
• Adhere to GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Coordinate with CRO, sponsor, Site Manager, and PI throughout studies.
