Job summary

HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, FL is seeking an RN Clinical Rehab Specialist to influence patient care within an interdisciplinary team. You will coordinate care with Rehab physicians and administration, advocate for patients, and participate in community and educational activities promoting rehabilitation.

You’ll help ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment while delivering high-quality rehab services. Sign-on bonus may be available for this position.

Qualifications

• RN license required with inpatient rehab experience.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to healthcare facilities while supporting Rehab physicians and administration.
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate business and medical information prior to patient admission.
• Perform on-site evaluations.
