Job Summary And Qualifications

A Physical Therapist evaluates patients' physical functions, designs personalized recovery plans, and delivers evidence-based treatments to reduce pain and restore mobility. They collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and document patient progress in acute, inpatient rehab, or home health settings.

Core Responsibilities
