Viva Health is seeking an RN, Clinical Quality Liaison in Birmingham, AL to drive quality outcomes and risk adjustment improvements. This role partners with Primary Care Physicians and practice staff, translating organizational goals into scalable clinical actions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality improvement or population health, with strong data interpretation, education, and communication skills. Travel within Viva Health service areas may be required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN) with RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality improvement, population health or practice performance support.
• Strong understanding of Star Ratings, HEDIS and risk adjustment.
• Ability to translate data into targeted clinical action and engage physicians.
• Experience with workflow redesign and performance improvement initiatives.
