Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to develop, implement, and evaluate program-specific care pathways for a designated patient population in a Wisconsin facility. Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in clinical nursing with required program specific patient population.
• BSN required; will consider candidates in BSN Completion Program.
• Master’s degree preferred; proficient with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert practitioner and clinical resource for program-specific patients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team services and admissions through discharge.
• Develop and implement care paths that align with program guidelines and accreditation standards.
• Promote patient safety and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
