The Clinical Program Manager develops, implements, coordinates and evaluates clinical programs and services.Job Description
Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of various clinical programs. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in patient care. Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or roadblocks. Oversee the collection, compilation, and analysis of clinical program activity data. Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to be successful, as well as providing guidance and support in handling complex or sensitive situations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into program strategies and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach. Continuously assess program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Act as a liaison between program staff, management, and other departments to ensure clear communication and coordination. Presents program/project proposals, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain program policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with the organization's mission and values. May conduct training and development sessions for program staff to enhance knowledge and skills.
May represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to clinical programs.
May develop and maintain program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Qualifications
