Job Description - RN Clinical Program Coordinator - ENT Clinic (250001AP)

The Clinical Program Coordinator will complete hospital and nursing orientation at CNMC. They will coordinate nursing care and services for patients and families in specific healthcare specialties through telephonic, electronic, in person, and mail interactions. They will consult with physicians and other healthcare providers to resolve health concerns.

All nursing practice is based on the legal scope of practice, national and specialty nursing standards, CNMC policies, and applicable laws. The Professional Model of Care requires registered nurses to be responsible and accountable for their practice. CNMC supports the development of RN relationships within the community, focusing on health and wellbeing. The Coordinator leads the patient care delivery team for a specific patient population, ensuring continuity of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Minimum Work Experience: 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year recent pediatric experience in a comparable setting, and 1 year of nursing leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, educator, preceptor).

  • Engage in committees, professional organizations, and community activities.
  • Support performance improvement processes and report on Nurse Sensitive Indicators (NSIs).
  • Integrate evidence-based practice and assist physicians to maintain cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $82,347.20 - $137,238.40
