Job summary

Rush Copley Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Manager, RN, to lead the clinical and operational functions of the practice under Directors of Operations and Medical Director. You will oversee workflows, quality, and patient experience, partnering with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an IL RN license, and certification within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Illinois RN license is required; Indiana license for IN-based work is also required.
• National nursing certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational functionality of the practice, including workflows and patient experience.
• Support providers in delivering exceptional care and monitor patient feedback.
• Lead change initiatives, staff training, and quality improvement programs.
• Monitor KPIs, financial reports, and environment of care to meet goals.
• Hire and develop staff, ensure staffing and competency development.
