Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nursing Director for an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Marina del Rey, CA. This role provides hands-on clinical leadership and oversight for nursing and perioperative services, focusing on OR workflow, quality, compliance, and team development.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with an unrestricted RN license and have strong nursing leadership experience. OTA OR leadership, joint replacement focus, and regulatory readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license.
• BSN degree.
• Strong clinical and nursing leadership experience.
• Ability and willingness to work hands-on in the OR.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing and perioperative services.
• Oversee OR workflow and daily case coordination.
• Provide hands‑on clinical support and assist with staff coverage as needed.
• Circulate cases as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and medical device representatives.
• Support Total Joint Replacement patient flow and outcomes.
• Lead QAPI and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, AAAHC, and regulatory requirements.
• Support infection prevention and emergency preparedness.
• Promote teamwork and cross‑training across OR and Pre‑op/PACU.

Summary

Seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nursing Director to provide hands‑on clinical leadership and oversight for nursing and perioperative services. This role focuses on clinical leadership, OR workflow, quality, compliance, team development, and patient care. Experienced Charge Nurses, OR Managers, Lead RNs, or similar OR leaders ready to transition into a Nursing Director role are encouraged to apply.
