$63.35/hr to $90.51/hr

Bonus:

Position Summary:

To ensure the provision of progressive, cost-effective, quality patient care by advancing the level of nursing practice through expert practice, education, consultation, research, and leadership in the spheres of:

• Patient/Family/Population
• Nurses/Nursing Practice
• Organization/System

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Provides clinical expertise to direct the nursing process within the specialty population(s) on behalf of the patient and family.
• Provides mentoring, coaching, and collaboration to advance evidence-based nursing practice.
• Collaborates throughout the organization to identify opportunities and implement strategies to support clinical innovation.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
