Qualifications

• Assc/BA nursing degree requirements as per ad.
• RN licensure and BLS certifications required/in place.
• Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and patient safety.
• Familiarity with Georgia nurse practice act guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Partner with patients and families through bedside shift reports and rounds.
• Practice according to current clinical practice standards.
