Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• Current Georgia RN license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Coordinates care with inter-disciplinary team and documents timely
• Supports performance improvement and participation in Clinical Champion Forum at the WellStar Medical Group level.
• Proactively plans for care across the care continuum and promotes best practice outcomes.
