Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks a Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Otolaryngology Clinic at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and affiliated clinics in Virginia. This full-time role covers a Monday–Friday schedule, 0700–1900, in an environment serving active military and veterans with comprehensive benefits.

The RN must hold a BSN, be licensed to practice, and have recent outpatient care experience. BLS certification is required. EOE / Disability / Vet.

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Education: NLNAC/CCNE accreditation or equivalent program.
• At least 1 year experience as an RN in outpatient acute care or ambulatory care within the last 2 years.
• Licensure: current, active RN license in the state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.

Additional Position Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). may be a graduate of a state accredited professional nursing program OR a program accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
• Possess a minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN working in an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the last two years.
• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse as required by the state.
• BLS thru the American Heart Association
