Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed to practice as RN in North Carolina with BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• 18+ months of professional nursing experience in a tertiary care setting, with charge/precepting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, teach, and mentor teams to ensure high-quality patient care across units.
