The ASC provides surgical care to pediatric and adult patients, supporting services such as Orthopedics (Sports), ENT/OHN, plastics, general laparoscopic, oncology, urology, and dental. The ability to scrub is preferred but not required. Candidates with proficiency in Sports Orthopedics or ENT are highly desirable.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week, with no weekends, no call, and no holidays.
The Surgical Services Clinical Nurse IV practices as an expert nurse, demonstrating clinical leadership, expertise in caring for complex patients, and serving as a hospital-wide resource and consultant to staff. Evidence of leadership and professional behaviors is required, including a CV and a professional recommendation letter.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
Licensure/Certification: RN license in North Carolina, relevant professional certification (on the ANCC Magnet list), BLS for Healthcare Providers.
Experience: 18 months in a tertiary care setting, including didactic and clinical experience, preferably with charge and precepting experience.

Salary Range: $39.61 - $60.36/hour
