About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated RN with experience in behavioral health to provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adolescents aged 12 to 15 on our inpatient unit. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team in a trauma-informed, milieu-based setting to stabilize crises and support long-term mental health recovery.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

Additional Information

Located in Butner, NC, the Youth Behavioral Health Hospital is a 54-bed, trauma-informed psychiatric facility dedicated to adolescent mental health. The Clinical Nurse II will provide direct patient care, participate in team evaluations, and support discharge planning, ensuring safety and holistic care for our patients.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• North Carolina RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• One year of nursing experience

Employment Details

• Full-time, 36 hours/week
• Night shift, onsite in Butner, NC
• Salary: $33.88 - $47.91/hour, based on experience
