Job summary

UNC Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the newly launched Central Staffing Office/Health System Float Pool. Roles include full-time, part-time, and per diem positions across UNC Medical Center campuses in Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Holly Springs.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of inpatient hospital experience and are adaptable to diverse clinical areas. You will support two high-impact areas, including Acute Care and Critical Care, with opportunities for professional

• Must have inpatient hospital experience of at least 3 years.
• Candidate must hold an active RN license.
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care in Acute Care, CC, and ED Holding.
• Work across UNC Medical Center and UNC Rex campuses as part of the float pool.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced, varied clinical environments.

UNC Health has per diem, part-time and full-time opportunities available for our newly developed Central Staffing Office (internal staffing pool). Full-time positions are eligible for our Nurse Commitment Incentive Program! For these roles, we’re seeking nurses with at least 3 years of inpatient hospital experience.

Location: Will provide support for UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, UNC Hillsborough, UNC Health Rex in Raleigh and UNC Health Rex in Holly Spring

Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and per diem available. All shifts available. Per diem is 1 shift per week. Flexible scheduling options are available.
