Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse
• BCLS or BCLS Instructor within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate or Bachelor degree required or equivalent
• 1 year of nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor and improve nursing care quality.
• Coordinate with experts and managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and management of supplies and equipment
