Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees departmental functions during their shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC monitors, evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and embodies our organizational values to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Participate in ongoing quality assessments of patient care.
• Collaborate to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support a patient-first approach and service recovery efforts.
• Implement nursing strategies to enhance engagement and service.
• Contribute to staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage staff scheduling and labor costs.
• Oversee inventory and supplies management.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• RN Diploma or equivalent.
