Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Colorado is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in partnership with the management team. The CNC monitors nursing care and serves as a resource for staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary care, assist with admissions and discharges, and coach staff to improve performance and engagement while helping with scheduling and staffing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for Colorado (DORA) or compact state.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Acute Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling and unit staffing needs.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS
• (RN) Registered Nurse Colorado DORA or Multi State
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale
• RN experience of 1 year minimum required in Acute Hospital
