Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will partner with leadership to monitor nursing care and support staff in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

The CNC will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist with admissions/discharges, and help improve outcomes. A Colorado RN license, BLS/ACLS, and NICU/Stroke skills are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado (DORA) or multi-state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Associate degree or RN diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in an acute hospital setting.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification is preferred.

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS
• (RN) Registered Nurse Colorado DORA or Multi State
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale
• RN experience of 1 year minimum required in Acute Hospital
