Wright Saunders 5 is a newly renovated, fast-paced neuro medical/surgical inpatient unit serving adults in West Philadelphia. It emphasizes team-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

**Position Summary:**
The Clinical Nurse 2 practices as a full partner on the healthcare team, demonstrating safe, competent nursing care. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the team to coordinate care. Patients range from infants to the elderly, requiring adaptable and individualized care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
