Job summary

American Advanced Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Murray, UT 84107 for full-time employment. The RN will supervise nursing care, educate staff, and document patient care plans while ensuring high standards of nursing practice.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and have strong English communication skills. BLS is required; ACLS and specialty certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a current state RN license and maintain renewal according to State Board standards.
• Long term acute care and rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Critical Care experience is recommended.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• PICC Line Insertion Certification recognized.
• Specialty Certification recognized.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing supervision in planning for and provision of nursing care to patients and direct and evaluate care by other licensed nurses and personnel.
• Educate, assess needs, plan for, implement, evaluate and document care for each patient.
• Be responsible for nursing care both directly provided and care provided by others under supervision.

Job Details: Job Location: Murray, UT 84107, Position Type: Full Time, The Registered Nurse (RN) performs those activities for which the RN has been prepared through education and training. The RN provides nursing supervision in the planning for and provision of nursing care to patients and directs and evaluates care given by other licensed nurses and personnel. The RN provides education, assesses needs, plans for, implements, evaluates and documents care being provided by nursing staff to each patient. The RN is responsible both for nursing care directly provided by that nurse and the care provided by others under her/his supervision.
