Qualifications

• RN with Texas license and nursing degree.
• 7+ years healthcare experience with 2+ in managed care.
• 3+ years management/supervisory experience in managed care.
• Hands-on STAR+PLUS and LTSS operations experience.
• Experience with electronic charting and reviews.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of service coordination staff.
• Represent service coordination needs in interdepartmental meetings.
• Facilitate orientation and training of staff and evaluate progress.
• Establish performance goals for service coordinators.
• Provide ongoing training to achieve standards.
• Identify problems and intervene with corrective plans.
• Ensure compliance with HHSC, TDI, UMCC and URAC standards.
• Manage field staff productivity, customer outcomes and satisfaction.
• Conduct ride-along and telephonic audits for evaluation.
• Develop and maintain corrective action plans.
