Job summary

Avid Health at Home is hiring a Clinical Manager (RN). This full-time, in-office position is based at the Saint Joseph branch and serves Berrien and surrounding counties.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee care plans, care coordination, and regulatory compliance to support clients and their families. The role requires RN licensure, two years of clinical nursing experience, travel, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current, unencumbered RN license; in good standing.
• Travel required; valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in management/supervision preferred; hospital experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management and clinical integrity across the care team.
• Assign client care and ensure compliant documentation.
• Lead intake assessments and grow referrals.
• Develop care plans per physician orders.
• Provide supervision and training to field staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain client records.
