Amedisys is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager in Sherman, TX to lead clinical operations in our home health team. This full-time daytime role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and managing nursing staff to ensure service excellence and compliance.

You will oversee staffing, eligibility reviews for home health services, scheduling, and collaboration with clinicians to develop plans of care, while supporting the patient’s comfort and healing at home.

Formación

• Current RN license in the assigned state.
• 1 year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• 1 year of RN management experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical operations for the care center.
• Ensure quality of patient care and clinical performance.
• Review service requests and determine patient eligibility for home care.
• Oversee scheduling and payor verification.
• Assist with training staff and addressing concerns.
• May provide direct patient care in emergencies.
• Participate in on-call process.
