Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
• Current CPR certification; 1+ years of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• 1+ years of RN management experience.

Responsabilités

• Recommends staff hiring, firing, promotions, or status changes.
• Oversees overall quality of patient care and clinical performance.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Reviews service requests and coordinates patient referrals and admissions.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification.
• Ensures documentation is complete and timely.
• Assists in developing Plan of Care with clinicians.
• Evaluates patient needs and revises plans accordingly.
• May provide direct patient care during emergencies.
• Participates in on-call process and staff training.
• Investigates concerns from patients/families/physicians.
