Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager – Home Health in Lombard, IL to oversee Clinical Supervisors, coordinate care, and ensure regulatory compliance across client populations.

This leadership role requires a skilled RN with clinical excellence and team development focus. In this role, you’ll lead hiring, orientation, and staff development, drive quality initiatives, and manage budgets while preparing for regulatory audits (Joint Commission, ACHC).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in applicable states.
• Minimum 2 years of home care experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience with quality and budget management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must meet federal, state, local, and internal requirements.

• Assign and manage Clinical Supervisors across client populations.

• Ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and regulatory requirements.
