Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Modesto is seeking an experienced RN to join our team as an RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health. This role blends clinical oversight with administrative leadership, supervising care delivery and guiding a team of nurses in home health settings.

You will work Monday–Friday with regular hours, oversee patient admissions through discharge, train caregivers, and participate in quality initiatives while benefiting from comprehensive health plans, a 401(k) plan, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in applicable state).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities.
