Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Cranford, NJ is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to lead a senior living home health office. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team, manages referrals, and ensures Medicare compliance while supporting growth in services for adult and geriatric clients in Senior Living Communities.

The RN will mentor staff, review OASIS documentation, and drive quality assurance with a balanced, Monday–Friday schedule. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong management and leadership background.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
